Reeds Rains we’re extremely helpful from the moment I first called for a house viewing to when I picked up the keys! Being a first time buyer I was very unaware of the process, all of the staff were very supportive and helpful whilst keeping me updated at all times. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.
The team at Reeds Rains Newtownards Ryan, Jenny and Danielle helped us to sell our property earlier this year. I couldn't recommend them more highly - very professional, prompt, skilled and pleasant to deal with. They made what could have been a stressful process seem like a breeze.
Sold a house with Reeds Rains in Newtownards over a year ago. The house had been on the market for well over a year with another agent. Reeds Rains Newtownards had the house sold within 3 months of taking over as the new agent. They were fantastic. They give us tips to help sell the house and arranged for fantastic photography. The guy Ryan from the office kept us informed through out the process and was always easily available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend for selling a house locally and Ryan made the process so easy and understandable for us. I’ve been telling friends thinking of selling to only go to Reid’s Rains. Thank you once again.
I cannot thank the staff at Reeds Rains enough for their assistance in the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Our house was valued up for sale and sold within 2 weeks and Ryan made the process very smooth. The girls kept us up to date with every viewers comments. All staff are extremely helpful and easily contacted, if you leave a message you can be assured that one if the staff will ring you back. For a stress free sale or purchase we couldn't recommend reeds rains enough.
After several unsuccessful attempts to sell our home we were advised to contact Reed Rains, Newtownards Branch, were we were introduced to Ryan and Jenny and "What A Team"!!! From the onset of meeting Ryan we knew this was the person we wanted to work for us. After some discussions agreeing on the house value we put the house on the market and immediately were inundated with viewings. Every day we received a call from Jenny keeping us updated and very quickly we had an offer made. The general sale of the house was "pain free" and again this was down to Ryan and Jenny due to their professionalism, cheery personalities and always free when we needed their advice. I cannot recommend this company enough.
