We have rented through Belvoir Letting for over 3 years. They have been outstanding. From initially starting our rental, to dealing with all of our enquiries or any issues speedily and smoothly. We have rented with other agents but these are by far the best we've dealt with. They also have brilliant contact tradesmen to do any work required on houses. We spoke mostly to Tracy and Danielle in the Newtownards branch who are always polite, professional, so friendly and easy to speak to. Really can't fault this team. Very highly recommend.

In 2009 I selected Belvoir Lettings in Newtownards to manage the rental of my property - a 3 bedroom semi -detached house. I chose Belvoir after an extensive review of local Estate Agents and their services. Belvoir vetted a number of tenants for me and offered a complete maangement service whereby if there were any issues that arose either with the property or with the tenants they would resolve them. Their fee was also competitive. Throughout the following three years they have managed the property in an efficient manner and I have had few if any occasions to be concerned about my property. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Newtownards as they have been nothing but friendly, curteous and professional throughout my time in dealing with them.
Belvoir Lettings have been acting as our agent, helping to rent our house in Northern Ireland over the past three years. We are very happy with their guidance on the matter, professionalism, and help when dealing with tennants and any matters that arise.
The Staff are always very approachable. professional and knowledgeable. As a landlord I can always rely on them which is very reassuring and helps takes the stress out of the letting process.
