I have to agree with the comments regarding whether you are a buyer or a seller. I have a mortgage in place, hefty deposit and nothing to sell however was told just to check the website for properties to come up. The woman I spoke to was so disinterested, not sure how they then can tell buyers they have a data base of buyers.  All very strange, been left with a feeling that they don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. I also see they don’t respond to reviews, even worse!

Our property was put on the market very quickly and easily by John Minnis. They got us a sale agreed for the asking price within a week. Friendly and efficient service throughout.

Clearly really good if you are the seller of a house but not if you’re the buyer. Unprofessional, unreliable and be assured than many things mentioned in the listing of the house are false advertising. Awful experience as a first time buyer, got our keys 3 weeks ago and I say that loosely. We got 1 set of keys between us and no key for the garage shutter, we know there was an owner and a renter of this house previously so 2 sets definitely exist. First were told they’d be in the house, they weren’t. We rang and they told us they would be sent out, nothing arrived after a week and a half. We rang again and they told us they would get in touch with the vender, we have been waiting a further week and a half without any communication. Not to mention how many things were wrong with the house, no lights in the kitchen worked worked when we viewed the house house description with a dishwasher doesn’t work please check every single thing if you plan to buy a house off them. Don’t have high hopes we’ll be able to get use of our shutter, or that anything in our garage would be safe since someone still has a key to it. Appalling

I have had two occasions to use John Minnis and found them very friendly efficient and competitive. I would recommend them to everyone who wish to sell their property.  If I visited properties that were being sold by Minnis  they did their utmost to accommodate my visits.  They certainly come top of my list in the property market.

Absolutely brilliant. Professional through and through and very helpful as moving home is not stress free! Feel very happy with the services they have offered me.

Very unpleasant agent to deal with, unfortunately my experience of her was extremely manipulative and unkind. I definitely wouldn't recommend the company.
