We used 365 Estate Agents to sell our property. Excellent service from the team from start to finish. Good quality brochure with professional photographs of the property inside and out. Andrew kept us up to date throughout the whole process. All viewings were carried out by Andrew which made the whole a lot less stressful. Even when the offer on the property had been accepted Andrew and Rosemary kept us abreast of everything to do with the sale and kept things moving. I would have no hesitation in recommending in 365 and would definitely use again.

A** estate agent. I sold my house with Andrew and from the first meeting you could tell he had done all his homework on my area. Very professional, great photography with brochure and hes an easy guy to talk to. Viewings (even in the evenings) were able to be done by Andrew in my absence as I work long hours. This resulted in more viewings and I got the offer I wanted in the end. 
I was kept up to date from the moment the sign went up until I said my goodbyes on completion day. 
I'd highly recommend using them. And Great value for money too! ......Very important :) lol

We felt very fortunate that the house we fell for had 365 as the estate agent. They handled everything that came up at with an unflappable efficiency and were incredibly helpful and easy to reach throughout the closing process. We will certainly be enlisting their services when we outgrow this property.

Fantastic estate agent with a very friendly, 'nothing is a problem' attitude. I had a different estate agent initially, who were completely inept at doing their job......1 viewer in 6 weeks, no updates or any help at all. The minute I switched to 365 it was completely different, regular phone calls & updates, averaging 3/4 viewers a week. Andrew is the most helpful, friendly person I've dealt with, well worth every penny paid to sell the house. No hesitation in recommending 365 to anyone. Really can't say enough kind words about how they conduct their business, very professionally managed......Thank you

Great service provided by 365 Estate Agents from valuation right through to the completion day. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and Andrew was always avaliable on the phone and email to answer any queries we had. I would have no hesitations in using them again or in recommending them.
