We have been using the services of Belvoir Lettings for 5 years, to manage our rental property. We live in Australia and needed a company to be able to rent our property quickly and efficiently with the right tenants, to be able to deal with any issues that arose, to communicate and provide solutions for us. Jackie and her team at Belvoir have done all of the above and more, I cannot praise this company highly enough for their professionalism but also caring approach, to us, the tenants, and our property. We have other rental properties in other locations, by far Belvoir is the best management company we have ever dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to anyone who wants a hassle free rental property managed by true experts in this field.

We are extremely happy with Belvoir Lettings having used their services for over five years now which is second to none. Not only are they extremely professional and reactive they are extremely courteous and friendly people to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality agent who not only cares for their clients but also aims to provide a hassle free service.

I confidently leave everything with Belvoir Lettings and never have to think or worry about anything. In the years that I have let my house through Belvoir there has never been an issue. This is the type of service I had hoped for. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Belvoir BANGOR, have managed my property for nearly 7 years. In that time, a payment was never missed, good tenants were found, every management issue sorted and any query I had was always answered rapidly. Fair quotes were found with good workmanship on all repairs. They really couldn't do enough. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, if you want total peace of mind, I wouldn't hesitate to trust these lovely people with your property. Honest, decent and totally professional at all times - I can't recommend them enough. I hope this helps if you are considering letting as a landlord or renting as a tenant.

My partner Heather Bell and I have used the services of Belvoir Lettings, Abbey Street Bangor for at least the past 10 years. During that time with Belvoir they have become not just first rate property advisors but good friends. The Bangor Belvoir team is supported by their colleagues in Newtownards and between them they provide a seamless service. Investing in the residential property sector can be a daunting experience. Not so if you are a Belvoir client. Their client base is 5 star, property maintained to a high standard and the; bottom line is rents received on timeI.
