Terrible company. I used them to let out my property and they were a nightmare. Didn't receive my first rental payment as they forgot to set it up. Had to chase for at least 3 other rental payments that were not made, with no apology offered. Just advised that the bank they used had closed down, so a trip had to be made to go to another bank - that is not my issue. Rent was paid by cheque, so came in at different dates every month - not ideal when that money is for the mortgage. Could never get hold of anyone after Thursday afternoon. Emails had to be chased at least twice to get a response. I allowed my tenant to paint the walls on the condition they were painted back the same colour and left in the same condition. The tenant had just done a quick paint job which left a lovely two toned wall and not left in the same condition. Dreadful blinds had been put up and left , which meant holes were drilled in the wall, despite the tenancy agreement saying "the tenant should not make any alterations to the property." Despite numerous requested they would not send me a copy of the inventory before and after the tenants moved in. All in all, a dreadful company to deal with.
