We were extremely pleased with the service that Pinkerton Estate Agents, Bangor provided, with regards to the sale of our late parents’ home at Henderson Avenue, Bangor. This was a difficult, emotional and stressful time for the family and the staff at Pinkertons went above and beyond in delivering our requests. This was our family home for 54 years and Pinkertons were so empathetic, in their approach, throughout every stage of the sales process. This company understood the housing market in the area, at this time, and answered all our questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. First of all we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Pinkertons for handling the sale of our late mothers home our dear family home . From meeting Richard at the initial valuation we knew we’d picked the right agent to sell for us. The brochure was superb with a selection of good quality photos. Sandra and Christina were in contact continually, updating and reassuring and worked tirelessly to sell our home. They were empathic, friendly and very professional. 1st class. Excellent customer service. Very attentive even though I was buying from Pinkertons. Sandra and Aimee I have to say were so approachable and easy to chat too when I had a query. If I ever move again it will be definitely Pinkertons selling my property and hopefully would be Pinkertons I would buy from.
From initial contact then meeting Richard at valuation, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team at Pinkertons. Their marketing style and presence appealed to us and hoped it would do the same for potential buyers! We were sale agreed in under 2 weeks and Christina, Sandra and Richard provided great contact and most importantly reassurance to us as first time sellers!
