"Grant Estate Agents were established in Newtownards in 2002 and strive to be the approachable, down to earth yet professional face of local Estate Agents.Our agency covers the entire Ards and North Down Council areas including Newtownards, Ards Peninsula, Bangor, Donaghadee, Comber, Dundonald and as far away as Ballygowan, Killinchy and Saintfield.We provide a free and honest market valuation and have no up-front marketing or registration fees. Our commission is agreed with you during the valuation appointment and includes all marketing outlays and VAT. Our standard sales package includes a free floor plan, professional quality digital photographs, a video walk-through, Energy Performance Certificate and our support from start to finish."

Grant Estate Agents were recommended to us by a family friend and from walking through the door we found the whole experience very positive. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The very professional pictures and video of our home were taken in the morning and by 4.00pm we were receiving viewing requests. Our home was sale agreed in five days. Many thanks to the staff at Grants.
From our first contact with Grant estate agents we know our experience with them would be positive. Grant came to value our property within 48hours and was so friendly. He explained the costs we would incur upfront and there were no hidden fees or charges as we went along. He was honest and realistic with valuing our property and advised us how we could get the best price by making minor changes which was very much appreciated by us! The online system for viewings was fab as we could see well in advance when we would be out of the property. Within one week of being for sale we had moved to sale agreed. Kerrie and Vicki in the office were absolutely amazing. Any questions we had, they answered so quickly and were a major help when we had problems with our onward purchase. I can honestly say I would recommend Grant estate agents to anyone looking to seel a property. I cannot fault them at all.
My experience with Grant’s Estate Agents has been 100% positive so far. The staff are all highly professional as well as always friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with the way my mother’s house was presented online and found the manner in which the viewing was organised really efficient and hassle-free. ‘Sale Agreed’ was achieved in just over a week and all being well the sale will proceed smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending John Grant and his lovely team.

Particularly liked the Web portal offered by the agent. Was able to monitor all activities/viewings live!
Within a few weeks i had a buyer and those in the office dealt with all negotiations so it was a very smooth process. Would definitely recommend.
