I wouldn't recommend John Minnis. Found them to be rude and unhelpful over the phone when trying to view houses.

Poor experience selling with John Minnis. Didn't feel they did enough to actually sell the house and get the right viewers through the door in numbers, once sale agreed I didn't feel they kept on top of the case well enough and were poor in communicating with the various parties involved. My case turned out to be a difficult one given unique circumstances of covid, which is obviously beyond the control of JM but the issues are not solely related to that. Every time I rang I always seemed to be told "I was just about to call you". We randomly had our main contact in the office changed halfway through. Every time I spoke on the phone I would get talked over rather than listened to. Overall just did not feel like a valued customer, it's probably a different experience if you're selling a £1m property. My case was eventually escalated to John Minnis himself, which I did appreciate speaking to him, however some of the information given to me buy him turned out to be inaccurate and the conversation was not followed up with an email as promised. There are less expensive solicitors out there who will potentially offer you a better value for money service. Giving 1 star would be unfair, as when push came to shove they did do some good work but only when things were at absolute breaking point. Overall disappointing experience with a name that is so well respected in the area. Hopefully my case was a one off and others have a far better time with them.

Cannot praise the team highly enough. From start to finish, each and every one of them has been helpful and efficient. I have no qualms about recommending them, they made the process of house selling much less stressful than I was expecting.

Professional, friendly and attentive staff. From initial valuation to completion. You get what you pay for when it comes to estate agents. I was not disappointed and will be recommending John Minnis to family and friends.

The owner himself doesn't really show much care and concern towards others.

I wouldnt give them a star if i could. Never rent a property off them.........thats all
