Came with my friend who has been here before. Today was my first visit. It's a lovely venue. Staff very nice. There was no rush to leave, probably because we arrived early afternoon.nnI had the chicken Alfredo pasta. It was nice but it didn't have enough creamy sauce. Also had Turkish tea.nnEnded with the hazelnut and caramel cake. Food was nicely presented.nnSaw other customers order the lamb shank so hope to come back and have that.nnWhen we left was surprised to see 2 security staff at the entrance. I suppose that is for later on when it probably gets lively.
We came here for dinner and shisha on a Friday night and had a brilliant experience! Staff were very friendly and attentive. The shisha was smooth, the flavour didn’t last as long as other places but it was still great and good value. The food was incredible. We had the mixed grill and everything but the bread was exceptional. The chops were amazing. The bread was the only downside - it was exactly like cardboard, we couldn’t eat it. And the knives were blunt which made cutting our food tricky.nThe peppermint tea was presented really nice too!nAs it was Friday night there was fun entertainment too - a fire eater / dancer and some silver characters dancing.nI’d definitely return.
Visited Rakkas for the second time last week Saturday, the gorgeous hostess Alina showed us to our table she was very friendly and hospitable and really made you feel at ease and relaxed. The other waiting staff were really happy and engaging in particular a lady with dark hair I cannot remember her name she was lovely. The atmosphere was amazing we loved the entertainment the lady with the flames and the two dancers with their futuristic outfits and dance moves, The food was extremely delicious and you cannot fault the flavours! I had rib eye steak cooked to perfection, the sea-bass was amazing! The starters exquisite. I had previously visited the sheisha lounge and absolutely loved the atmosphere with its beautiful lighting effects and decor, the sheisha itself was amazing! Being local to the area this restaurant really has elevated the area to another level, last but not least we must not forget SJ Magic the magician who is there Fridays and Sundays, he is super entertaining and knows how to work the crowd! I recommend everyone should visit experience, eat and be entertained! Keep up the good work Rakkas!
We had amazing experience for my sister birthday and we had Mo as a waiter and he made our visit quite one of a kind. As well as the woman Elaine she was absolutely welcoming lovely service and amazing food and service from the restaurant crew.

The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Manuela, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Their attentiveness added an extra touch to the celebration. We highly recommend Rakkas for any special occasion.”
