The food here surprised me on just how tasty it was. The atmosphere was incredible. While it quickly got packed to the brim, it was so much fun! Highly recommend going here for a fun vibe with friends and a tasty meal!
A really nice locals pub in Finsbury Park. Irish themed with live sport and a nice welcoming atmosphere. Quite big, with a few little rooms dotted around - what was probably an old coverted set of terrace houses. Do some live trad music on Sunday, well worth a listen if you are there at that time. Liked it - hope it sticks around
Alongside just being a lovely pub with lots of space, plenty of drink options, and a delicious Thai menu, the staff who work here are incredible. During a very hot bank holiday weekend, my friend and I came in for a drink. Unfortunately, the hot weather got to my friend and caused her to faint in the pub. The staff were so helpful and lovely - giving her plenty of drinks and offering her all and any of the snacks available. They also arranged and paid for a taxi home for us both. I really can't get across well enough how incredible the security and management staff were at handling the situation I'm so sorry I've forgotten the names of everyone involved as it's been a couple of weeks!. They were extremely kind and helpful, making sure that my friend's safety and comfort were top priority. They waited with us for nearly an hour and regularly checked in. I've never encountered such a caring bunch - their kindness and care throughout the entire situation really turned something that was quite scary into a situation where we felt really well and truly looked after. Not only is this pub a lot of fun and has great offerings, but you will well and truly be looked after! Thank you so much again to everyone who helped. We'll be back soon and we'll make sure we stay upright this time!
Such a great, massive terraced space to enjoy a drink on a gorgeous day. Downside is they allow smoking everywhere. For being so spacious, it would be considerate to have a smoking section and non. On busy days, its not even worth going bc you smell like an ashtray after
Interesting outdoor space, quite winding and atmospheric. No luck with the Arsenal game but stayed for the beer and ended up trying the Thai menu, unexpected for a pub. Platter, green curry, pad thai were all decent. Could've been spicier for my taste but still enjoyable. Easy spot for a chilled night out.
