I love a decent Balti in one of Birmingham's many Balti restaurants..but..every so often you need to treat yourself to something a tad more luxurious..Rajdoot is exactly that! Really lovely food in an elegant setting. Been coming here for a few years and the consistency remains constant. Excellent!
Great food, great atmosphere, good staff. Great for formal meals and celebration's. It's not very casual which is a good thing and there isn't much chat with the staff, but they are attentive and professional. Price was fair and we would recommend. Also we would return to this restaurant on our next trip to Birmingham
Ambience is really good, gives a nice Indian feel. Food is good balanced with flavour and spices. A bit pricey for the portion size especially dal makhani which we ordered. It wasn't enough for one person. Overall a good place to eat.
Absolute shambles, non existent service, rude waiters asking if we'd paid our bill for after dinner drinks despite having to wait for service and order twice. They made errors and omissions with our meal order too. Far too expensive for the very basic food and distinct lack of care; Avoid!
The food was excellent, shame we had to share the space with a group who smelt quite strongly of cannabis. There also seemed to be some altercation about the group at the door which made us uncomfortable. Hopefully won't happen again.
This is a great place to have great Indian food. And the people we're great. I'll definitely have to give it 5 stars..
Great food. Loved it. Vegetarian Chili Paneer is hot and yummy. Reminded me of India. A must visit in Birmingham. Enjoy a traditional Indian cuisine made by Indian Chefs.
