Diego is one of the Best Bike Mechanic in The UK. His service is top notch.. I have been to many well known bike shops around the UK. And I vouch that Diego and RacerRosa bike shop is in the Top 5. He specializes in Road Bikes . He will give you advice and tips on how to improve your cycling experience.
Very cool set up run by great people making exquisite bikes, excellent service. A proper bike workshop. Saved me at the 11th hour when I broke a brake cable right before leaving for L’Eroica. Forever grateful!
Visit the shop long time now he’s on this new location been here 3 times for bike maintenance and gear tuning also some parts replacements he’s a very good bike mechanic knows the job and very good knowledge in recommending the best parts for your bike
Wonderful custom built bike emporium in the heart of E17. RR is run by Diego Lombardi who is a custom frame builder from Norther Italy. He sells a mixture of custom built frames in steel, alu and carbon as well as small batch frames which can be ordered and then built up using different parts depending on price and the type of riding. He also offers a bio metric bike fit service which they do in the same space. I should be really clear that this is not the same as going to an Evans Cycles! But that's the whole point of going to Racer Rosa. He's a proper artisan and the bikes he sells aren't the cheapest. But with the price comes the consultation, the experience, the attention to detail. He also doesn't try to sell you a bike that you don't need or isn't right for your type of riding you do. The process is built around your budget, style or riding and a fit. You can totally customise the frames and parts. Wheels can be hand built and group sets and finishing kit can be ordered in pretty much any combination. But the end results are always stunning. I bought my first bike from him nearly 10 year ago. And it has been an amazing piece of kit which has served me well on the daily commute and around town. He recently refurbed and resprayed the frame as well as adding new parts. And it is as good as the day I first picked it up. Racer Rosa is an amazing bike shop. Save up some cash and then go an check them out!
Finally a custom build bike shop in Walthamstow! Very lovely shop run by super nice people who have so much bike knowledge. Perfect location for all of us living East really this was much needed here or a great place to stop by on your ride to Essex. Fantastic service, Diego is so super helpful with everything! Even sorted me with a bike pod! Thank you so very much! I also hear that the bike fitter there is one of the best!
Wow! Picked up my new bike a week ago and it’s amazing. I had a decent bike before but this is next level - comfortable and fast. Diego was fantastic throughout and gives the best advice.
I bought a custom frame bike from Racer Rosa after getting the bike fit done with Guiseppe and realising my previous bike was not suited for me. Excellent friendly service, very accommodating. The bike is incredibly good value and looks great too. Have already recommended them to several friends.
Fantastic service from the Racer Rosa team. Originally booked an appointment for a bike fit but have recently purchased a new custom built Dedacciai racing machine. Diego was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and after finally get my new stem and aero bars fitting the bike rides like a dream. The only problem I have these days is staying off it! Thank you so much Diego and Racer Rosa!!
Best customer service received from Diego , his knowledge about bike and proper bike fit was astonishing . Received a made to measure bike in 3 weeks and after a first ride I was asking my self "why O why I haven't done this earlier " After few months I wanted to get another fit made by Giuseppe , got a appointment in a week time , It was so great to visit Diegos new shop in Walthamstow soooo pretty ! any way ... Giuseppe is a super funny Italian guy with a super knowledge about proper bike fit , he uses his eyes and a ruler to fit you I was super pleased with this visit . I can recommend them to any one if you looking for a bike for your kids they can make it made to measure and custom painted . Same for rest of your family ! Diego Thank You soooo much for my new bike !
Diego went above and beyond to get my old Puch racer back on the road. Fantastic service and a friendly face. A lot of incredible looking builds going on in the back of the workshop, 10/10 shop!
