All the staff there are super nice and incredibly helpful. Their prices are reasonable and their selection of bikes are great. Easily the best cycle shop I’ve been to. I bought a single-speed and I love it.
Went in to have my handle bars re-strapped. I've had bad experiences at other bike shops in London recently, so I was very pleased to find the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and started work on my bike straight away. Even though the shop was busy, the staff member took a lot of care to make sure the strapping was done right. I was so pleased with the result, I asked for a quick clean up and to replace the brake pads. I thought the service was both efficient and extremely good value for money. I will definitely be coming back.
I have been going to these guys for years. They are extremely busy but really work hard to meet your expectations. Mostly I am back on the road within 30mins depending on the issue. They are very affordable so it’s an easy go to if you cycle a lot to keep up with your bikes maintenance.
If you love cycling and want to buy a new bike definitely shop here. The service is exceptional, bespoke, fast and friendly. Massive thank you to Gregor who helped me with my amazing new bike!

This is really one of the best bike shops around. Each time I have been really happy with the service and price. James just replaced a bolt that came of my bike and went over the rest of the connections to.
Came in after work to buy an reasonably priced bike and the member of staff who assisted me could not have been more helpful. He was polite, good natured, explained my options very clearly and was all too happy to set it up with all necessary extras which he did incredibly efficiently and skillfully. I've never left a Google review without being asked before but my experience was so pleasant that I felt compelled to write one. Look no further than Hackney cycles.
Got my bike from here today. They sorted me out and were very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Unfortunately, I have lost trust in their services and their honesty. I gave in a second hand bike to be serviced and it was virtually untouched. Major problems were completely neglected, i’m not even sure anything was done to it. When it was checked by another bike shop the same day! they spotted several major problems. I will not be coming back
Excellent service. Only came in for new handle bar tape and mudguards but they also replaced some missing hardware, tensioned my chain and pumped up my tires, free of charge and didn’t even mention it! Always super quick, really friendly and well priced. Legends.
