Very very poor, car suffered engine failure within weeks of buying, after further inspection the car was found to be bodged and even missing components. after several weeks of false promises stating that they will come have a look at and attempt to sort, the calls have petered into complete radio silence and not answering my calls at all. I have phoned, emailed and sent letters and no reply whatsoever. A complete disregard for the customers. I could suggest that the good feedback is by family and friends as there are over 100 Members on a social media site who believe they have been ripped off. But that would be slander so I won't. I have had to pay to have the car delivered back to them.Again very very poor.

Hassle free car purchase. Absolute Bargain!! 😊 This was my first purchase from R&J, the car was exactly as described with no hidden defects whatsoever, nice and clean. Lovely motor from an honest seller. Thank you for the good faith discount too. Wont hesitate from buying from you guys again.

We travelled for 2 hours in the snow to get to this place. the car hadn't even been cleared of snow, The car was described as 'excellent' condition inside and out, what a load of twoddle. The 'owner' had agreed by email to swap this car for our car. When we arrived the 'owner' was nowhere to be seen and we were told by one of his 'employees' that this wasn't possible to do. They couldn't even find our car on 'their system', strange that as it is fully taxed and insured! We have emailed the owner with our concerns but what a surprise no one has had the decency to reply to us!!! I'm reluctant to even give them one star.

Excellent customer service and great selection of cars they have over 150 cars in stock spoilt for choice and the car I purchased was mot’d and serviced while I waited.

The sat nav send me to a diferent place on the same street, but keep driving 0.5ml down the hill.You can miss it. Some cars are good with RAC warranty. Ask before if the one you choose is with RAC warranty. Not realy happy with the service. And check everithing. The owners are not from UK. Good Luck
