We recently bought a new car for the second time from Huddersfield Toyota. On all occasions we have been met by friendly helpful people. Thank you to the lady who supplied the coffee, sorry we didn't get your name. We requested to see Jamie Aundel, but he had just gone out, we were advised and talked through all the details regarding the sale and purchase by another gentleman, again we are sorry that we cannot remember your name. As soon as Jamie returned he called to thank us for our repeat business. Everything was done very professionally and we felt valued at all times. Thank you again for everyone involved in making the sale and purchase, as easy as possible.

Great service from this dealer and sales have no complaints. Very disspointed in the MPG which I am getting on average 38 mpg. Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid AWD thought hybrid would be a lot cheaper to run. Toyota claim 55 mpg.

Disappointing experience with customer service team today. Previous visit excellent - couldn't fault from start to finish. This visit felt much less than professional. Poorly done.

One of or if not the best motor experiance i have had. The staff are warm friendly and welcoming. I was kept up to date with the progress of my car as well as enjoying a coffee.

Rang up with a vehicle problem following a run up the motorway. Very lack lustre response from the receptionist. Had to resort to ringing the AA to get the issue temorarily resolved. Toyota Huddersfield need to raise their game.
