I was obviously overwhelmed by the choice of morris minors at WRCC…they have a few! And they are all lovely!nnMy first ever car was a grey saloon, then I had a blue convertible and now I’ve got a taupe saloon thanks to WRCC.nDan was very good at communicating with me and patiently answered all my niggly questions.nnWe bought the car online having seen many detailed photos and videos. I was a little anxious it has to be said, having not seen the car in person but the moggie we chose a was carefully delivered to us in London in exchange for my green midget.nnThe car arrived polished clean and with all the associated paperwork. It had undergone a full service and MOT and it runs like a dream. I can’t believe how happy I am with it and I’m so thankful to Dan and the team for helping me with the purchase.nnHopefully I won’t be back for another, but if I ever feel the need to exchange for another minor, WRCC will be my first port of call. Thanks WRCC!
Being 6ft 5in tall, and never sat in a morris minor, but always fancied one, I phoned Dan and explained my concerns about fitting into one. I had my eye on a 1968 two door saloon that he had up for sale. He invited me down to have a look at, and a test drive of it. They couldn't have been more helpful, as soon as I got there they were under the car, unbolting the drivers seat, drilling holes in the chassis and moving it back a fair bit. I took it for a test drive and found the driving position very comfortable nAfter sorting out a few modern upgrades, which were done to a very high standard, I took delivery of the car 2 weeks later. It also came with a full years MOT.nGreat friendly service, great set of guys and definitely a safe way to buy a classic, with the added guarantee of a back up service should something go wrong.
I Purchased my 1967 Minor 1000 saloon in April this year. The car had been recommissioned including a full respray to a very good standard.nThe guys were very helpful, I did have a couple of small issues due to its age during the first 3 months which were easily solved at no cost. WRCC always have a good selection to choose from, i certainly would recommend them!.
Dan and the team at WRCC have been outstanding both in finding us the right Morris 1000 Traveller, giving advice and helping us get the car delivered up to us in Perthshire. The car is fantastic and photos, videos and patience in dealing with us when we are so far away have all been the very best - better than that received from new car sales previously. Dan has answered our questions, talked through options and had the car now called 'Pootle' prepared and checked. If you are looking for a classic Morris, do give them a call.
I found WRCC 'by accident' following a google map route to a nearby engineering firm. On the way back I popped in and met Daniel and the team who happened to have a rather smart '68 Morris 1000 Traveller in stock alongside other very tempting examples from the same and other marques. I owned a 1970 four door saloon from new until the rot got the better of it, but always liked the Traveller - it's looks and versatility. The thing that struck me about WRCC is their enthusiasm and willingness to show their work - you can't hide much in a bare shell. So, a deal was done, a few little things that I wanted added/altered agreed and couple of weeks later I became the proud owner of a nicely restored, lovely fun vehicle.
