I have had two cars from Bates the after care is great i have a vw polo my windscreen washers did not work after cold snap been in this morning only fuse some people would have charges for pump they where busy but still did for thanks you would recomemd to anymore

I had my MOT done at JC Bates and was very impressed with the service, highly recommend. Having said that they can be a little bit expensive but that extra money is worth it, to go to a garage that is well respected and trustworthy.

I have taken my car to this family run business today for an MOT and service.  The service I received was exceptional, right down to test driving my car to my place of work to pick me up - thankyou  : )
I will not hesitate to use these guys again

Used this local business a couple of times. Always felt welcome, staff bent over backwards to accommodate me, and because of this I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
