Booked the car in for the brake lights looking after noticing a crack and condensation (internet is full of these problems with the leon and all dealers have a bulletin about this problem) i was immediately told that there would be a £79 diagnostics charge if the car wasnt under warranty (its 2 years old) i asked for one of the technicians to look at the problem but he said he didnt know if it was covered and it may not be one of the cars effected, the car was right in front of him with a 7" crack and filled with water for gods sake.. I left 1 star because there isnt an option for negative. I would like to say that the girls on the desk are friendly but looked cold as they huddled around a mobile gas fire. I was told that this may not be covered under warranty. Big crack from left to right and all the water you see is inside the cluster. Edit........went to a different Seat dealer and they replaced the faulty light within 48 hours, no charge or scare tactics either. I will not be using the Fartown branch for any service or mot work so take all my details of your system.
