"Joan West Car Sales is a small independent, lady owned and operated garage based in the Yorkshire town of Huddersfield. We specialise in a good range of value for money cars, and we pride ourselves in our reputation and customer retention. Please feel free to visit us in our showroom, which is located on the same site as St Andrews Motor Company on Leeds Road , Huddersfield, opposite Carpets Direct. Our cars come with a full, clean, Mot and are serviced before delivery, safety is our top priority. All Cars are sold with an Auto-guard warranty and there is a provision to extend the warranty for up to two years. We are just minutes from junction 25 off the M62 Motorway."

Bought a car from Joan just before Christmas and the service was fantastic. Joan went above and beyond to get the car ready for us on a really tight timescale. Really honest about the car and have had no issues since but covered by warranty if there was. Really delighted with the car and the dealer. Bought a car from this lady about 7 months ago and can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had. The car had a fantastic MOT history, low mileage and was very clean. Joan went out of her way to replace the tires and wipers to make sure that the car was perfectly ready for me which I am exceeding grateful for. Would definitely visit again and will be my first port of call when looking for my next car!

Bought my second hand Ford Galaxy 2007 from Joan back in November 2018. The cars features were demonstrated to us by Deep one of the lovely salesman. Both Joan and Deep are very helpful, professional and genuinely care about their customers. They dont try flogging you a dodgy car, but help you find the car that best suits your needs within budget. They give you time and space to decide if you like and want to buy a car. Joan is lovely and she goes out of her way to make sure you are fully happy before you leave with the car. Deep is so helpful over the phone before and after purchase. The car we purchased was really well looked after by Joan prior to pick up. She gave it a service and fixed the little issues that we highlighted prior to our pick up date. Just bought a Suzuki Jimny from Joan and I must say, my husband and myself have never dealt with a more friendly and genuine person. Joan was a second to none professional sales women who gave us a fantastic service, with none of the pushy sales techniques that you would usually get in the sales environment. WOW!, Joan is a wonderful caring lady selling genuine local cars. We bought a stunning Citroen C5 Touring recently and she has been so caring and helpful. We bought a car from Autopark in Durham that we had to reject as it was simply appalling and well the garage were worse!. In our hour of need Joan sat us down, made us a coffee and spoke to her finance company explaining our situation, they happily covered us and Joan went one step further offering us a 15 month premium warranty in with the price of an already low priced car. The Citroen is the superb and as you read we are very happy. I have also started using Hillside garage where Joan is based and they have mot`d my 31 year old Mercedes without an issue and done the brakes on my company van for far less than the old garage we used.
Highly recommended in my experience. I have bought my last 2 cars from Joan and I've been very happy with both. Always found the staff to be helpful and honest, and they provide a good service. Both cars have been very fairly priced. Always my first choice when looking for a used car.
