My husband and I have just been to this dealership... looking for a car for our son. I can honestly say what great service we received. Helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Mike the salesman was very accommodating and gave us the information we needed. We were very well looked after. This is from people who have been buying from BMW for 20+ years who always give great customer service, so Arnold Clark we we very impressed.
Just recently bought a car from Arnold Clark Huddersfield. The service was excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Allowed time for questions & listened to my needs. The dashboard is brilliant & easy to use. Kept up to date with phone calls or emails. I would recommend this company should you be changing your car in the future. Looking to buy a car? This company nailed it for me, the premises are spotless the showrooms and forecourts have amazing offers on new and used vehicles all displayed to a very high standard. The visitors and disabled parking bays are clearly marked. The sales staff were very attentive to my requirements and tailored a great package for me including a realistic trade in against my old car. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to look no further i was treated like a V I P well done to the sales team at Arnold Clark Huddersfield.
I received excellent customer service from a young lady called Martina senior based at the Huddersfield branch. Made you feel welcome and extremely professional. she kept me updated on the progress until my car arrived. I was very impressed by the service I received. I would certainly return again if I knew martina was there to help with the smooth transaction.
I had a great experience when I walked in to Arnold Clark on Saturday. I was greeted by a very well presented lovely young lady called Martina, she was very cheerful and friendly. She asked me how she could help and when I told her she quickly directed me to one of her colleagues in the sales team, who helped me further. It makes a nice change to be greeted by someone who actually cared about what I was looking for, she’s a real credit to Arnold Clark.

I purchased my Mercedes Benz from Arnold Clark, they were all really helpful Martina especially, she went above and beyond making sure the transition of my part-ex went really smooth, and all the paperwork that I needed to get sorted out was done really efficiently, which was great. I had a great experience and would recommend Arnold Clark to my friends. Thank you.
I've just purchased my 3rd car from Arnold Clark and once again it was a really easy process. I sent an enquiry about a car and received a phone call not long after from Jemima from the sales team. She was so helpful and talked me through the online process for trading in my old car so easy and much more practical than having to take your car to them. Unfortunately the diesel 308 I'd seen was a bit out of my budget but Jemima managed to find me a better deal on a petrol 308. Jemima explained that due to the car coming from another branch it could be up to 2 weeks, thankfully I received a message a couple of days later to book in to pick it up, she'd spotted a few marks on the cars alloys but made sure they were in pristine condition ready for me. Jemima ensured that I received all digital documents before pick up to make the process even smoother. Jemima made the whole process so easy and I would highly recommend going to see her for your next car, thank you!
Disappointing from start to finish, called to book and was given a price of £374 despite the price on the website being £269 £269 was honoured after a few minutes on hold A few issues found one being under tray having seized and missing bolts? If they were seized surely removal would have been impossible on taking for a second opinion that garage - a Renault specialist, informed me it was satisfactorily secured and £90 to secure seemed excessive, was also offered an “air-con” service product my model doesn’t have air com at £25 when I explained I didn’t have air con staff member seemed confused and said “you mean you have no vents in your car?” After 5 minutes trying to explain the difference she told me it didn’t really matter it’s just a squirt down the vents to make it smell nice. Car was also supposed to be valeted as part of service I’d say it was shown the pressure washer at best vehicle does get used off road on farm under the wheel arches and front of vehicle were still caked in mud. Never received a call to say the vehicle was ready just set off hoping it would be due to it being close to closing and having a 45 minute journey to the garage.
The sales consultant, Josh, was great to deal with and had a more consultative sales approach than what you might typically think of as a "car sales person". We were made to feel welcome in the showroom and the whole process from organising a test drive to picking up the purchased car was seamless! Thanks for making it an enjoyable process Josh :-
