Paid £2000 for my sons first car with a Full MOT & Service issued/provided by the CarLot with purchase. Within a week, the car would not start, engine warning light appeared, heater No 4 was not working on purchases with the whole system completely broke within a month, spare key never provided, stereo CD compartment not working, rear wiper water spray leaked into car making the rear lights not to work and exhaust fell on the floor. After contacting the garage on a No occasion with no returned calls back I final got through to the owner, who was rude, unprofessional and very aggressive. He did not honour the 3 month warrently and refused to fix the problems. I took the car to a reputable dealer, only to be landed with a bill for £1200. The car was not even road safe!!!! I would strongly advise not to buy off this company.

Do not buy from this very rude man!!! Sold me a car the turbo was knackered, very abusive phone calls from this man swearing slamming the phone down at me because I dare to phone him up and question to why my car had not been fixed even thought they had the car 3 weeks!!! Very poor service AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Friendly people, got a bargain! Also when we picked the car up they had even put a new rear tyre on as they said it had a slow puncture, thanks guys.
