It's such a modern & busy shopping centre located in the heart of Edinburgh that's definitely worth visiting. Very clear to navigate and lots of busy high end shops inside here. It's very clean and minimal too. There's a nice range of quick bites on the bottom floor. Also inside some of the stores you can see a nice view of the city too. Staff have all been kind and friendly too.
An elegantly designed contemporary space that one must visit for a unique shopping experience. The variety of high-end stores offered is impressive and extends into homeware, fashion, and more. The food court is fantastic, brimming with a broad range of international cuisines. An excellent place for a day out, loved the overall ambience!
Always a go-to for every visit to Edinburgh, especially being situated just round the corner from the train station, also a very convenient walk to the bus and coach station on the other side of the mall. Even more convenient with the new tram extension, which offers you a choice of stops to get off depending on which side of the mall you wish to enter. The mall itself is very spacious and atmospheric with plenty of shops to explore, eateries if you feel a bit peckish and clean modern toilet facilities plentifully available throughout, on a whopping five floors of stunning futuristic architecture. However, the best bit has to be the top floor John Lewis Cafe The Place to Eat, offering spectacular views overlooking the northeast of the city and the Firth of Forth. On a clear day, you can even see the town of Kirkcaldy in Fife across the water. Nothing like a bit of Irn Bru with a view! Overall, this shopping centre definitely beats the Arndale in Manchester.
A great shopping centre. A wide variety of fashion stores available. Clean, tidy and a simplistic layout. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Stewards on hand to help control the flow of traffic in adverse weather. Great customer service in all stores visited. Wonderful views from the John Lewis cafe.
Very nice place with a lot of retail and food options. Nice gateway on a busy day

It’s not really an interesting place for shopping in case you want to buy LEGO. There are not many famous brands. Moreover, it’s a bit too cold.
