Although they displayed a suit in the SALE area and a consultant even confirmed to me the 50%OFF the retail price, at the till I was asked a different price. I brought my complaint to their online customer service, but the best they could do was confirming the higher cost, throwing in a free waistcoat!! So much for treating customers with respect

Tired. Not sure they know who their customer is any more. Not the fault of staff. Just not sure what they are? Do they want to be John Lewis? Or be below them.
