Service appalling. Completely ignored by miserable looking staff, though one of them did brighten up when an elderly well off toff was buying 2 ugly expensive vases. I only wanted a price check but gave up, found something else and got the rickety old lift down to another floor in order to find a staffed checkout. Some people may think this shop has a certain character and become sentimental and nostalgic. I don't. I expect good customer service in a clean pleasant environment. It needs a serious overhaul/refurbishment and nicer staff. What a disappointment.

Customer service is very good, the staff could not be more helpful. The items that they sell are quality and are competitive with online competitors. The option to try on or inspect before you buy, makes sure you are getting the right thing.

This store has a lot of good products. The men’s department have good quality of clothing and shoes. Good service and great atmosphere 👍🏻

Great selection of designer clothing for men and women. Staff is always helpful and ready to give advice if you're not quite sure what would suit you best. House of Fraser offers personal shopper as well if you need one. Good for all day shopping trips ss well as for a quick shop.

Cafe very disappointing. Poor choice of food, coffee warm, wet and weak. Expensive. Jenner's used to be the standard by which others were judged. What happened?
