Nothing wrong with store. The basement cafe was awful. It was busy and we managed to get a table near one of the entrances, which also included a tray clearance area. The noise was ear shattering as the attendants chucked the empty glass bottles into the bin! At times we could bearly hear each other. I'm all for recycling but could M&S have some respect for their clients please? We moved up to the top floor cafe and it was much better but still the odd crash of glass in the recycling bin.

Big store with huge variety of items in a great location. I always find exactly what I need thanks to the very helpful and dedicated staff. The ladies are always happy to help me in the fitting rooms and find me exactly what I need. The prices are also great and you can often find beautiful items on sale. I have bought casual, business, and evening attire from the store; it has all been proven to be great quality.

Always a good place to shop for clothes for every occasion. Quality is always good and staff helpfulness on point. Plenty to choose from and great option of ordering online. If your size is not in store, you have access to panel in-store which can be used to order what you need and pick it up at the later date. It you can ask always present staff member :)

A flagship store with a large range of clothing . Helpful and friendly staff. Clothes range from cheap and cheerful to competitively priced qualty items. There's a large foodhall downstairs with a cafe. Great coffee and croissant

Big fashion department for women and men. Also the food section in the basement has plenty of products, convenience food, fresh fruits or vegetables and a bakery. Friendly and helpful staff.
