It's an Argos right? But the waiting time wasn't long (2 min) & the process of "Click-&-Collect" relatively painless. Happy to shop at Argos - often quite competitive prices & good selection.

What's not to like? Catalogues instead of shelves, buttons to press when ordering, no aisles to walk around. A quick and soulless shopping experience. Best to know what you're looking for - not a shop for browsing.

The store manager had an amazing lack of customer service skills and manners. The other staff were also mildly useless and generally uncouth. In summary, Argos' aftercare policy continues to be amongst the worst in retail.
