It's got everything you could needed far as fashion/clothing goes. I'd say it would help if you had a rough idea what you're looking for before you go inside as there are a huge array of options. There's a cafe. It is outstanding and there are public restrooms. The food is cooked fresh and inexpensive. Tastes great! The selection is good and there are good vegetarian options. The cafe is on the top floor, so therefore, so are the toilets. This could be a little inconvenient especially if you have to take the lift (elevator), it takes forever. The lift isn't all that spacious any many people want out/in at every stop it seems. Staff give you a friendly smile on entrance to the store.

Was browsing, got a nice top, slightly tight took it back, to say the staff were less than helpful is to say the least, then had to interrupt two staff having a conversation, as what they had done at the weekend was more important than serving customers. Also be aware that although advertising suggests breakfast is available till 12 noon, seemingly when you get to the fourth floor they stop serving at 11.45 and the young nipper behind counter basically told us we were lying and he knew all. Well Debenham, it's false advertising. Store is a nightmare at present.

Great shop with a wide variety of stock. You can get anything from clothes to kitchenware, toys to handbags, bathroom accessories to bedding, most things family's need. Staff are friendly, well laid out, you can also have a bite to eat in there restaurant.

Just popped in to have a look. Surprised to find a monumental staircase and stained glass windows! Only for that worth a visit! For the rest a store that is hampered by the lay out of an old building. Found it difficult to navigate.

In like this store especially for clothes feel it could do a bit better in the household dept range very limited. Also like restaurant for odd cuppa especially Ocean terminal store the views amazing of Britannia . Reasonably priced for cake etc.
