I have only but praise for this hotel. The most decisive factor is with no doubt the employees I am sorry I do not remember their names!! ALL of them were fantastic, polite, helpful and tried to accommodate all my request, always with a smile and the necessary friendliness but without overstepping. Keep up the great work, you make this hotel what it is! Then, the room was very spacious I had a superior room with a small sitting area with a Sofa and a TV. It had all the amenities I want from a hotel incl. slippers and bathrobe. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room clean and cozy. The only thing I did not like down to personal taste is that it had very little lighting, I would like more lights in the room - not more powerful, just more - for example a ceiling light in the bedroom. Breakfast is very good with the only thing missing being eggs cooked on the spot, like an omelet or something similar. But variety was great and quality top notch. Also, I liked the fact that they bring a coffee jug and not just a small cup! Location is less than 5' walking distance from Kings Cross Station, so quite convenient. All in all I would easily stay in this hotel again and I do recommend it. Rooms: Very spacious rooms, especially for London. Walkability: Really easy, less than 5' walk from Kings Cross Station Food & drinks: Breakfast was really good. Also I had lunch as part of a conference I attended - it was good but I expected it to be better. Noteworthy details: Great view from the top floors.
Myself and my 12-year-old son came for a one night stay as a special treat for His birthday. I have to say it is a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We were looked after really well from beginning to end. The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are definitely coming back. Thank you especially to Tyler on reception who made us feel super welcome.
Great location, staff are very attentive and courteous. Always there if you need anything nothing is a problem. Beautifully decorated and rooms are great size and the level of cleanliness is fantastic. Great selection in the restaurant for breakast, something for everyone. I have stayed a few times on business and never been disappointed. A great experience from the minute you arrive until you leave.
Hotel is definitely clean, definitely no bedbugs which are famous in London Hotels. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is v good. Room is small basic/Spartan But furniture / decoration looks fairly new and fresh. Nice open city view. Fair selection of complementary Tea and coffee in the room. But for $560 Canadian / night I would have expected a bit more space and luxury in the room.
Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast! Let down sadly by air conditioning in the room that was as pointless as trying to cool a blast furnace by breathing gently on it. The air conditioning in public spaces was very efficient so why can’t we have that in the room? Hard to sleep when you’re overheating.Rooms: 4/5
The hotel staff were great! Very nice and always available. We were a group of three and Ankit, the manager, was especially accommodating. The rooms while average offered a nice view It’s right next to the St pancras station so the hotel was very busy, which didn’t bother us. However, I was surprised that the elevators didn’t require badge access. I think it could be a security improvement worth considering Otherwise I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
Have stayed here a few times now and each time has been wonderful. Rooms are pristine and very comfortable. Location is excellent for travelling around the UK, or Europe for that matter. The best thing though is the breakfast service. The food is excellent but the service is exemplary with a team of warm, friendly, organised and attentive staff. Their managers should be very proud of the team they've assembled.
We enjoyed the twin room in the hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly. Although the room was arranged to face the road, there was no noise and we both had a good and quality sleep. Nothing bad.Rooms: 4/5
Not in the square mile but easy walking distance from Kings Cross station. Service was fine. Conference/event facilities good. Didn't stay in a room as was visiting an event.Service: 4/5
A hotel from the Accor chain. In an excellent central location. The check in was fast and good thanks to Nuriya in the reception who helped us a lot. The junior suite was fine, nothing more than that, not at a high level at all, we've already seen better ones. The breakfast is excellent and the bar is excellent. Thanks to Raul, who works at the restaurant, it was fun and pleasant stay.
