Lovely hotel and staff were great. Perfect location for my trip. My room was tiny but was fine for one night. Expensive but isn't everything near Euston station Rooms: Mine was very small but fine for one night. Well presented with everything you need. Nearby activities: Great location. Few minutes walk from Euston station Walkability: Great location. Few minutes walk from Euston station Food & drinks: Lovely breakfast.
Great hotel, especially considering the value for money. Ideal location in Bloomsbury. The rooms are spacious and have nice wall decorations such as Virginia Woolf posters. The restaurant is great too, although there are also lots of choices for breakfast and dinner in the area. Friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5
We had a lovely stay at this hotel but our room was very small & being disabled I could have done with a little more space as it was so cramped. Food was brilliant & the service very good. The area was just right for where we needed to be. So on the whole it is a lovely hotel that I would recommend. Rooms: I am sure there are bigger rooms in this lovely hotel but ours was quite small. Our initial room was just right but the heating wasn't working so had to move to another which was significantly smaller. Nearby activities: There was a few museums close by & plenty of eateries & public houses. But we weren't there for sightseeing. Walkability: Walking was good & plenty of taxi's about too but the roads were extremely busy so crossing them took time. Food & drinks: We didn't use the public houses or restaurants as we had our meals at the hotel except for lunches which were easy to find with a good variety of cafe's with good food & hot & cold drinks.
As soon as you are greeted by smiling, pleasant, well dressed staff in a spotless foyer, you just know. The room was very clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable. Our room was a double facing the road but no noise from the street came through. The shower/toilet is set like a wet room and the floor got over wet for a cotton bath mat and awkward to try keep dry feet! There was plenty of storage and an iron. The breakfast is buffet style. Plenty of fresh fruit,yoghurt pastries and full English fry. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. A lovely hotel experience.
Loved the location and our initial interactions with hotel staff. All of the housekeepers spoke and Yug assisted us upon arrival, Meleta during our stay and Sabine at checkout. Our room was wonderful - well lit and decorated. There was a good choice at breakfast with helpful staff. Our checkout housekeeper was pleasant. We would return as our stay surpassed our expectations. Rooms: The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment which shows careful consideration to guest comfort. The ambience and design is excellent. There was plenty of space and the view was first class. Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and pleasant staff.
Clean, presentable, comfortable, warm, quiet, all for £75 per head. Bfast options fantastic, everything excellent. Note: it’s inside the Congestion Charge zone, so roads are quiet in the morning, another reason to stay here.Rooms: 5/5
the hotel was not clear when we checked in he asked for a deposit of 50 pounds to the bank and when checking out he said he would return the deposit after a week.. but there was no entry and I sent my friend there he said approximately how many days because Saturday Sunday is not included 7 days. Up to now, more than a month, no refund of the deposit has been received. Is this a scam hotel? He thought we were on holiday so the deposit was not returned. I hope you don't stay at this hotel again. fraudster! Unlucky
Went here for meeting. The room for meeting was ok but cleaning staff need to be sacked. There was dust bunnies and smears all over the place. In corridor to bathroom there were questionable marks on floor. Bathrooms were dirty. Food provided for event was ok but staff were unable to tell you if there was any allergy issues and had to keep disappearing.
Its a good place with brilliant location. The bathroom in the standard double room is tiny and you have to manouevre to walk around. The shower is only a rainshower with no handheld accessory. This was very annoying.Rooms: 4/5
I booked this hotel for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebrations and the manager Ahmed and all the other hotel staff went above and beyond to make her stay super special. Her room was decorated beautifully and she expressed how lovely and funny all the staff were. The breakfast was excellent and she loved her stay there. Thank you so much for looking after my daughter and I will most certainly recommend this hotel and book again x
