Picked a friend up from my house tonight and heard her give the driver her address and which way to go. 10-15 minutes journey time at most. 30 minutes later I get a call from my friends husband, asking where she was and if she’d set off yet!? Worried, I rang the premier office asking if the car had made it to the address and if my friend was safe? She told me she couldn’t tell me, and suggested I should ring the police instead!!? Even more panic’d now, we set off into the night to look for our friend who incidentally had left her phone at home that night! After half an hour we found her sitting on a kerb 2 miles down the road where the driver had kicked her out! Absolutely disgusting premier! Dangerous and irresponsible.. completely unacceptable behaviour!! Will never use you again... Thankfully, judging by all these reviews, it looks like they won’t be around much longer...! Keep your friends and family safe and avoid premier

Completely unreliable. Used their app for the first time to book a car for an important journey. Booked hours in advance and received a confirmation. 10 minutes after the cab had been due rang them; car hadn't even been dispatched. Arrived 25 minutes after the booking time. Missed my event. Will stick with Uber in future,

Used for airport runs to Leeds/Bradford from Crossgates. On time on way there, sent an estate car as promised and driver was really friendly. Had delays getting through airport on return meaning we were half an hour later than agreed time. No drama, they sorted it - just had a minibus instead of promised estate which did the job. £25 both times including drop off & pick up in the airport. Highly recommend.

I was informed a car would be 10/15 mins approx 18:30 Saturday. As I was coming from a new housing estate I agreed I would wait at the entrance of It for their ease. 30 mins later stood in freezing cold I was told it might yet be another 15 mins. After 45/50 mins later über collected me got me to my xmas party, albeit late thanks to premier!

This has to be the best taxi service in leeds. Taxi to Manchester airport, they recommended the time got me me there comfortably and picked me up a few weeks later and cheap at the price too. E class mercedes return trip £135 can't beat it from leeds
