I had very bad experience with royal cars. I missed my daughter's medical appointment because of theirs non professional and careless attitude. I booked taxi approx 90 mins before the appointment. Upon chasing they were kept lying to me taxi is going to be there surely. I called them thrice and explained the urgency. Just two mins before the appointment they sent me the cancellation text message. I kept calling them but they didn't respond. I do have all call recordings. I will raise the complain against this pathetic behaviour of staff.
Please please do not use this company. I was told that because I didn't immediately respond to him hollering out of his car window i was texting my terminally ill mother that I would not get a taxi tonight and he would wait so I could not get another taxi because he "knew the boss" He waited for 20 minutes whilst I ordered an uber.
Called for the taxi by at the the time the taxi was due still no taxi, I then proceeded to call base to which I was advised 5 minutes .Another 15 minutes past so contacted the driver, he had an horrible rude attitude and told me to call someone else if I can't wait so I told him I'm waiting as he then said another 5 minutes more passed called base back to hear that , that driver said that I canceled the job so I told the operator at no point did I cancel as I was outside waiting in the cold and he was condoning the drivers rude behaviour towards me . Real bad service , wouldn't recommend
Arrived on time after a recent set of bookings, helpful and reasonably priced.
Terrible, car didn't show up- I booked half an hour in advance, plenty of time. When called to ask about the taxi, the operator was the rudest person. Actually said to me "it's not my problem and now there is a 20min wait" surprisingly I booked with another company. I work around Leeds a lot so would have used them a lot for clients but couldn't risk how rude the company is. Terrible, don't even deserve the 1 star.
Worst taxi service I have ever used. Used the service for nearly 2 months. Got a taxi to and from work on a daily basis and I can count the amount of times it came on time on one hand. The operators are about as useful as a pair of glasses on a blind man. Tells you 2 minutes so you don’t cancel when he knows you will be waiting for 20+ minutes. Only one driver any good who drives a white passet. DO NOT USE. Would rather crawl home then use this dog arse taxi company again. Harry
Shocking company - DO NOT USE. Called this company 3 times I know God loves a tryer to book a taxi to pick up one of my customers who was stood at the train station in the dark on her own. No taxi ever turned up and the operator had the nerve to deny all knowledge of the bookings. If you can't fulfill a booking don't take it.
