They demanded double fair Saturday night, just because there was snow, busses stopped running, they had people by there nuts! One driver drove us back to Base then locked us in the car for refusing to pay double, another driver took us but we still had to pay what they wanted, absolutely disgraceful service from this taxi firm, they don't deserve your business, use black and white or your local company.

We booked a taxi on 5/3/18 to arriue at 8am on 7/3/18 for a 9am app in leeds. The taxi didnt arrive until 8.25am we phoned twice to see where the taxi was only to be met by excuses. When the taxi eventually arrived he pulled out onto the main road and nearly crashed into a white van. Will not be using this firm agaim VERY POOR SERVICE. FROM GRAHAM

Was quoted £5-6 for a journey on the phone. At the end of the journey the driver demands £9 without a meter and laughs at me when I tell him of the original agreed price. Avoid like the plague. Use uber.

Okay. I admit, I a little bit pissed, but I've just got a taxi from Airline and handed over a 20 pound note for a 5 pound fare, which I thought I was fair. But then the taxi driver argued that I had only given him a 10 pound note, when I was sure I had had handed him a twenty. I'm 95% sure I gave him a twenty. But that little bit of dought made me not argue further, although I'm sure I've just been duped. After a long period of not using this taxi firm, I thought I'd give them another chance, after a previous bad expience. Bad decision.
