if i could give it a zero stars i would. i had homeless people harassing me and the other visitors there for the whole time, and the security guard did nothing about it. then both the toilets in the coach station and the bus station were out of service they’ve been like this for over a month. the one dirty and unhygienic toilet that was in service some homeless guy locked himself inside the toilet. how can an establishment like this have not toilets that are clean and functioning. this is disgraceful.

Yeah it's nice places for chappel town centre and garden centre coffee shop and local sports day and evening tea for a day out
The rudest people ever. The coach from manchester to leeds was late by an hour so i missed my next coach by not even 5 minutes. The blonde old fat man at reception was so rude and wasnt even clear over the tannoy. Then the leeds driver was super rude too saying less of the attitude when he was rude to me first! Absolutely fuming!! And now got to wait 2 hours 30 to get to leicester. Plus will be missing the 830pm bus home too so will get home so late.
Leeds City Bus Station is a deceptively good bus / coach station. It has a large concourse area, loads of sesting and several places to buy food and drink, including the Greggs, which is really good for coffee and pastries. The bus station is pretty clean and my coach was on time. Thunbs up!
