Absolutely furious! I booked a taxi with them a day prior to my trip and they didn't show up resulting in me missing my train to London from Leeds and having to buy another ticket at the cost of 109 pounds! I tried calling them but no answer! Stay away !!

Absolutely horrendous, the taxi stank of cigarettes I had to get out as soon as I could. Didn't even make it to my front door.

I am in a wheelchair,and booked a cab to and from leeds17 to the vue,where friends were taking me for a special birthday outing. I had previously used streamline and had phoned to congratulate them on their service. I confirmed my booking the previous week,then last night the cab didn't turn up, on phoning I got a very rude lady who said they dont do advance bookings,the person who took it would get into trouble and they couldn't find a taxi". The show starte at 7 and it was already 6''15". I was very upset and said I felt sick about it, and the charmer on the end of the phone told me if I felt sick, I shouldn't be going out!!! I called her a name I admit, and put the phone down...to speak to an elderly invalid lady in that way was disgusting....I had to go home since no cab arrived,and I had no way of knowing if I could get home using streamline With so muchnotice,why can't a booking be taken to ensure disabled people can be sure of getting places,and why can't staff Be trained to understand problems involved. It's not as if you don't charge enough!

Every time I have to use of these taxis, I've been cheated going around Leeds, treating me as a tourist and making me to pay more than the meter reads. Last time I was almost insulted by one of the taxi drivers (car number: 501). Please don't go with him. He was really impolite and I asked him a receipt and he gave me one after tearing it!!! Incredible! I haven't been treated so badly ever

Worst taxi service ever. Over priced, take extra long routes and quote you a fraction of the price. Charge you 6 seater rates when your in a taxi on your own!
