I do a lot of traveling for work and often say at Premier inn but and I like the chain but this particular one offered a little bit more. I think it's purely down to the staff who were without exception super helpful and friendly. Even at a busy dinner time food came out very quickly with good proportions and the two girls on shift worked non stop to ensure that everything was done in a timely manner whilst at the same time keeping top class customer service. The reception staff were also incredibly helpful. Food was to a really good standard. Would recommend using if you are staying in the area, if I need to again in the future I certainly will.

Nice clean hotel. 
Comfortable rooms and beds. 
Very  helpful  staff. 
Tasty breakfast .
No views as in industrial area.

I was staying here for a week for work and the guys made my trip extremely comfortable, they always offered out help and we're very friendly.

The room was very comfortable with everything you need, just abit more coffee and tea would be nice 😉.

The food was very good too, and the meal deal they offer is great value for money. Just make sure you get there quick as the restaurant can soon fill up, but then there is a leisure park just nearby.

Booked a twin room for one night on Monday 26/3: £78 for room. Very disappointed to arrive & find a double bed & a narrow sofa (which was pushed up against the wall) instead of two proper beds. 
Also disappointed that there was nothing decaffeinated to drink either in the room or in the restaurant at breakfast time.

This is the best option for the area. I am always super impressed with value for money at PE and this is no exception. The cook to order breakfast was fabulous, and the dinner menu was varied and cooked to a really high quality. Lots of attentive staff, big room what was lovely and clean. Also good for female travellers as there is a car park right outside unlike some of the hotels in town centre.
