Nice Premier Inn, very friendly staff and amazing location near the A1 outside London. Car park is a bit tight but other than that, it's great!

I was very impressed with this hotel, I have stayed in many premier inns and this is one of the best, the room was exceptionally clean, there was a USB socket by the bed - little thing I know but so useful, the staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of parking. I was there on business so can't say anything about what was around it, but it was easy to get back onto the a1m so was great for my onward journey. If I had to pick on anything negative it would be the pillows, there were supposed to be a choice of firm and soft, but for me they were all to soft, and the hdmi socket that was under the TV was broken, so couldn't easily plug my laptop in but all in I was very happy.

No late bar. Bed uncomfortable. Beefeater across the car park was very poor service and very expensive. Won't be staying here again.

Always stay here when visiting relatives, always spotlessly clean & staff very welcoming.
