Have stayed several times - with & without my dog. Rooms are excellent - superb design. The bed is enormous & so very comfortable. Breakfast is understated - far better than described. The staff are real people who love what they do. Ibis exceeds expectations.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Small room but everything we needed for a couple of nights. Plenty of hot water and a comfy bed

Located right in the town centre. Down side is there's no free parking but upside is its location is near everything you'd need. Rooms are adequate but would benefit from a fridge. Hotel was nearly empty on my 3 night stay which started boxing day. I took my dog as the hotel is pet friendly. I had a room change at 2am on 1st night due to a very noisy radiator which reception couldn't work out why as their boiler was broken.

Ideal location near the train station and restaurants for an evening meal. Breakfast is good, with a selection of hot and cold options. Staff are always pleasant. I'm taking off a point as some of the furnishings in the room have seen better days.

Heating didn't work in rooms. Changed room 3 times. Really noisy heating and ventilation and as controlled by hotel could not switch off. No sleep all night. Rooms poor decor. breakfast was good and bed was comfy
