The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, incredibly friendly and welcoming. They never fail to greet you warmly as you pass them in the hallways.nnThe bed and bedding provided were of excellent quality; in fact, I loved the pillows so much that I even brought my own.nnUpon my arrival at 11 AM from the USA, I was delighted to find out that I could pay a small fee of £10 for an early check-in, which was a fantastic option.nnOne minor issue I encountered was the room temperature. Despite the presence of a fan and keeping the window open consistently no a/c in hotel, the room temperature hovered between 26-29°C, making it uncomfortable for sleeping at times.nnIt's worth noting that the maximum temperature outside during our stay was only 21°C, so it wasn't due to a heatwave or extreme weather conditions.nnLocation is fantastic with lots of food options at Middlebrook.
Nice rooms, friendly staff.nGreat breakfast cooked to order fresh so much better than the usual buffet breakfast.nHarvester next door is excellent but be carefull as it doesn't take premier Inn card.
The rooms are super spacious and well designed, bathroom is clean and fancy.nStaff are so lovely, friendly and considerate, would happily come back.
We arrived early and were allowed to wait in the restaurant area for check in time. We had to wait a long time past check in time to get checked in to our room. The staff were very apologetic and comped breakfasts as an apology. We made the mistake of booking during a football match next door and upon completion of the match the fans streaming out were very violent and police presence was needed to break up multiple fights. We were even recommended by staff watching car park that if we valued our vehicle that we shouldn't drive it that evening. The room was clean and to the standard I'd expect for a Premier inn, I just wish I'd researched better to see that there was a game on as I would have preferred my 9 year old to have not witnessed what she did.
Phil what a man helped me out with a fan on a hot night. Was quick polite and asked if there was anything else I needed and when I Left in the morning he asked how my night wasnA pleasure to meet him and staynGreat man great service
