We usually have had a great meal .. took my wife there tonight for her birthday, food served was not hot ,forever interrupted with our meal and table cloth removed whilst trying to chill with drinks .. complained to manager about food not being hot he says I warmed the food for you. You can't say I done nothing for you , as though that was ok .no apology or good will gesture given . We didn't go in to complain just had a bad experience .. the meal enjoyment was ruined and the birthday evening . We've been there over 20 times over the years .. now we won't be going back there ,money spends anywhere .. we have always praised the restaurant but tonight has changed our views

Think the food has gone downhill since our last visit a couple of years ago.. very bland..crispy duck wasn't very..spring onion and cucumber must have been left out a very long time as they were dry and not very nice.had to ask for the sauce that should be served with crispy duck..staff very attentive and nice decor but food needs improving

Went in with my family ordered the banquet for 3 Chicken sweet corn soup tasted like dirty dish water 2 nd course came wasn’t any better sent back ribs replaced with some just as bad 3rd course came duck tasted fatty and sides was bland Couldn’t face any more everything tasted deep fried told staff didn’t want any more will pay for what we had didn’t seem bothered really bad experience We eat out regularly and would say that is the worst experience we’ve had
