We had a brilliant stay at the hotel as part of the match-day package. Staff were all so friendly and really helpful with questions by email in the lead up. It was great value and so unique to have private seats on the huge balcony outside your bedroom. The room was tired but absolutely fine and very clean, I did see some of the updated rooms which looked amazing. Overall we loved everything about the experience and would love to do it again. It was a birthday gift for my son who absolutely loved it.

This hotel is… fine.nnRoom was OK, bed was comfy and the fan helped with the lack of air con but I wouldn’t like to try that out in peak summertime. Hotel is labelled as a 4* but it can’t be when the rooms have peeling and scuffed wallpaper. Bathroom and hotel amenities all to satisfactory standard.nnThis really wouldn’t be a £90 a night hotel if it was anywhere other than embedded into an actual stadium. But the convenience is sorta worth the price.nnReception and housekeeping staff I all spoke to were delightful.nnThe door staff however were awful. I was aggressively chased down by the same bloke  4 times demanding to see a “ticket” for I assume some matchday hospitality they host when I was just returning to my room.nnI understand they don’t want unticketed people in their hospitality areas but badgering hotel guests, especially ones you’ve already spoken to and I’ve shown you my room key 3 other times is honestly just unacceptable. I’m glad I bit my tongue the fourth time because I was really quite annoyed at that point and would’ve ended up saying something I’d have regretted.nnPut a sour taste in what was a comfortable and pleasant stay, despite the result of the football match.

We had our first stay at the Bolton Stadium Hotel this past week. I don't often feel obligated to leave reviews, but this time I feel it warrants one.  We arrived early on Boxing Day and were worried about getting an early check-in.. The two ladies at the front desk were super accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Not only this but they gave us permission to go for a complimentary breakfast. It's gestures like this that go a long way! Thank you so much for an awesome stay and we hope to be back one day!

We stayed for just over a week in the new year and it was Amazing! The reception staff are so friendly and inviting, the bar staff are really keen to make it a warm atmosphere, the room was really cosy too! Then the food.. the food is incredible, we had the pleasure of having Shelley cook for us and it was just so good. Would highly recommend and will be staying again soon.

I had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was very lovely. Everything was very well organised. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect.nnThe reception and the staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with anything when needed.nA special shoutout to Amina and Maggie who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay ! It truly made a difference !nnI'd highly recommend the Bolton Stadium Hotel.nLooking forward to returning in the future !
