Recently visited here, for our fifth time, and as usual, it was lovely! We have been here and experienced both quiet and busy times, and all I can say is, the level of service, or quality of food has never dropped. Every server that we have ever had, has always been polite, helpful and hard working. We have now sampled lots of different meals from the menu, and they have all been very nice, and delivered nice and hot to the table. We will continue to come here, and I can't ever see my opinion changing unless something really drastic happens, highly recommended.

I went with a friend on Sunday evening and it was very busy with a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service was great. My only issue was the chocolate milkshake had too much ice in it and you could barely taste the chocolate.

Booked online to visit last night Monday 12th March 2018. Booked a table for four for myself my husband and two children as a belated mother’s day celebration. We have previously visited and was very disappointed with the service but as the kids wanted to go last night we thought we would give it another go. We arrived on time at 5.45, waited 5 minutes at the door before any staff members showed up to even seat us. The restaurant wasn’t busy and we were shown to a table. No drinks order was taken and we were left sat there with menus. There was at least 3 members of staff yet not one came to even acknowledge us. We waited 15 minutes and still nobody came to ask if we were ok or to take a drinks order..we were completely ignored. As I noticed another table had been seated after us and received drinks we decided to get up and leave. Still no staff members acknowledged our departure! Your loss was Coast to Coasts gain with a £70 bill and fantastic service! I will never visit your restaurant again and will certainly not recommend you to anybody. Two very disappointed children and annoyed parents.

Took my 5 year old son for a late lunch when he was off school for the day. I just ordered from the lunch menu the vegetarian 5 bean a roasted vegetable tortas. Not sure if it was called 5 bean because there are only 5 beans in it, mine seemed to be mainly coleslaw with some roasted veg! It was tasty though, so it was fine. My son ordered a burger with beans. The kids menu is very good value for money, £4.95 for main, side, refillable drinks and a pudding. The burger he got was massive, not the tiny flat ones kids normally get. However, I wonder if they just gave him an adult one as they had one ready and it was quite? That is what it looked like it was so big! Anyway he also got jelly and ice cream for his pudding. The total bill was under £11 which was great for a lunch where both of us were full at the end! The service was good and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I haven't been to chiquitoes for quite a while as I felt my past few visits have been disappointing, however, this one has broken the trend!

New menu, cheap ingredients. We ordered a burrito and a taco, and they were mostly rice and tortilla. Very disappointed as before now, food has always been awesome. The server we had was lovely though. Returned recently and ordered something different. The food standard was much better. Orders came through much quicker. Again, the service was fab. The waitress was very patient with our large group.
