We've been here many times before. The food is excellent as is the service. However, some investment is needed to install / upgrade / improve the heating. Dining last night was completely ruined because our only focus was staying warm. The fan heaters dotted around the place are less than adequate... We'll not return again until the summer.

Food was good and there was a voucher for 25% on their website so not a bad price either. The latte was rather small though.

Not bad at all. I had the chicken pasta (supposed to be firey) not spicy though pizza looked better. Desert was really nice. Staff very friendly - I'd go back.

I took the family for a meal at 6.30 pm, we were seated straight away and found the premises was nice, a bit quiet with customers but not an issue. We ordered drinks and starters. The garlic bread was spot but the bruschetta was a major disappointed, nothing like what I'd seen pictured. The mains arrived where 4 out of 5 of us didn't finish the meal by half, the Calzone Pollo resembled a cornish pasty, hard skin with an interior which was tasteless. The wifes meal looked like it had been prepared by a side street cafe, thrown into a bowl type plate, strangely very hot chip's which were undercooked and raw. We complained and had the bill reduced by 50%. Alas we shall not return. Front of house staff faultless, cooks x3 need sacking I'm afraid, rather annoyed so called professionals find it acceptable to serve food to such a poor standard.
