Been a long time since I visited Nando's, and this was a good place to break out of that dry spell... While it was really busy, the staff were really friendly and helpful - nothing was any trouble. Similarly, the grill seems quite small to cope for so many tables, but we weren't waiting too long for our food, and it came out piping hot... All-in-all, good place to eat

Second trip to nandos first was in Bolton town centre in the newly renovated market hall. All looked very nice but service was terrible and to top it off I had cleaning product sprayed in my food and on my face. To which the girl said whoops sorry and slid off. We decided to give Nandos another chance as thinking maybe an off day. Today's visit to middlebrook was no better. I've received more service in a drive through. The place was filthy and when taking my daughter to the toilets... well I've seen cleaner nightclub toilets. Not much to say about the chicken. Both Rubbery & dry.....

Starting with on a positive note my food was really tasty and I enjoyed my meal but the restaurant was listed as "a little busy" and yet our meal took over an hour. Firstly, there were hardly any starters on the menu (not their fault as they were experiencing delivery issues due to bad weather) but my husband ordered Halloumi starter which they did not have, so he got two Halloumi side orders to come as a starter. Not only did his starter not materialise but I was told they did not have mine after I had ordered and paid which was a bit disappointing. My main was supposed to be on a burger bun and came in a wrap instead and my side order of corn was forgotten too 😔 chalk it down to a bad day, the griddle was loaded and they had a lot of orders waiting to go but we found that it was not as smooth running as normal. The till staff were very helpful and friendly tho 😊👍

Not overly busy but waited an hour for food, when the food came it was burnt and stone cold to the touch. Informed staff who simply repeated "oh its cold" pulled a face and walked off nothing more said or done. Not very impressed we laughed about it as the staff response was unexpected and the face he pulled was one of grave shock, we wont be returning or recommending the place. Sorry other venues have been fantastic but Millbrook nandos its terrible
