Food completely cold and McFlurrys are melted to milk shocking meal ever had from here . Come on why on earth would u make a McFlurry before food is cooked n not after. Or stop giving a driver 2 orders to deliver
Dreadful service last night, very poor staff management, evidently run on minimal staff at night, however one poor manager lady running the drive through, front of house, payment and packing orders and chip dispensary is ridiculous. food kept coming through however nobody packing in house orders for 15 minutes, I watched 3 drive through orders go out incorrectly, then to overhear one staff member threatening to walk out. Chip fryers were beeping for so long resulted in chips being burnt. Another customer had to requested refund due to the food being wrong, and poor quality after waiting longer than me, 17 minute wait for one drink, which resulted in me missing my train.... Not great!

Arrived just after 10pm, was busy which I understand but ended up waiting half an hour for food, ordered 2 sharing nuggets, 2 fries, 2 cold drinks and 1 mozzarella bites, got home and noticed we was given 2 mozzarella bites and 1 sharing nuggets.
