First time I've written a bad review about a restaurant. I have to say firstly though that the table service was very good and we did leave a tip for the waitress. When a restaurant is located between McDonald's and Pizzahut and a double burger is priced at £17 you would expect something impressive this was far from the truth. My wife got a chicken salad at almost £13 and could not eat it as the chicken was like rubber. With all the choices to eat around this restaurant they need to improve the food and look at their pricing. We won't be eating here again

Absolutely fantastic service and very tasty food! Two very happy children and equally happy parents. We visited on Monday 12th March 2018, the restaurant wasn’t overly busy and we were seated straight away. The waitress was polite and engaged in conversation with the kids which made their night! And ours 😊 Will be back again soon, thank you for a lovely evening..our late mother’s day celebration.

First of all, I’d like to start off with the positives. I’d been to this restaurant before and fell in love, its very similar to TGI’s, so much so I took my Mum there for a mother’s day meal. Food was great, service was great and quick. Nothing to fault. However, an encounter with the manager left me feeling absolutely infuriated, she was rude and patronising, desperately trying to embarrass us in front of the restaurant. I am so disappointed as I had looked forward to taking my Mum out, I wish I had managed to get her name but after she abruptly shouted at us and humiliated us, leaving us feel attacked, she was nowhere to be seen and did not contribute to any of the work the rest of her staff members were doing. The rest of the staff were perfectly fine except the two who were very unprofessional. Wish I had got their names!!

Overall a pleasant experience. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife ordered a Cajun Chicken wrap with Sweet Potato Fries. My only fault with the main is my burger was a bit too well done but that is a preference issue and I didn't ask for medium.. Desserts were Pecan Pie (brilliant) and a Cookie Dough Sundae. The Sundae was only a small amount of cookie dough, and mainly icecream and syrup. My wife queried it, and it was removed from the bill. It wasn't bad, just underwhelming. The service was brilliant though, friendly and attentive. Some decent offers if you download their app beforehand. Restaurant was clean, but the room was quite cold. It is that time of year where you're not sure if the heating is needed though!
