The products in the showroom were great and incredibly well laid out and during the period of being a potential customer, the service was good. When it came to the point of installation and aftercare, the situation deteriorated very quickly. We had several issues during the install. The shower unit leaked, we were advised that they would be ordering replacement seals (5 months on, these have not arrived), The supporting legs for the shower tray were unevenly distributed and as a result the tray moved considerably after the install resulting in cracks and a further leak around the tray causing damage to the skirting board on the other side of the wall on the landing. Probably most worrying of all was when the plumber carrying out the install called PHS on speaker phone whilst in our house to explain that the £350 pump they had sent out was not required as he was able to reuse the existing one and that he would return it to the showroom so PHS could refund the money. We were quite shocked to hear the response “you should have just told them the old pump was broken and used it. They have already paid for it” After several months of chasing we are now totally ignored with our attempts to find a resolution, despite being polite and reasonable throughout the process. If you are looking for good aftercare and an honest service, perhaps try someone else.

Great experience with this local company from the initial showroom appointment with Jess, measurements from Chris to the super fantastic and efficient installation by Les. Great products and definitely recommended if like me you just one place to do everything. Transformed my little bathroom into a lovely spacious modern environment. Pictures include before/after shots.

Lovely high end products with a great sales team... Shame about the aftercare! Had more than few problems & am left with the impression that once they have your £ you don't exist. I don't plan to replace my bathroom anytime soon but I definitely wouldn't be a returning customer.
