Their new way of ordering in store is fun. you can put any name you want to get the Item, instead of putting in the 30 digit code and getting it wrong you add the item to the cart and put a nick name to it. The possibility's are endless. FUN.

Don't use the changing rooms. Very uncomfortable experience. From inside you can see the security cameras and all the cashiers. Especially the tall boys.

Queues to pay no matter what time you go there.. staff chatting rather than serving.. very slow service..

I went to buy a few bits very slow coming out nice and spacious in there though with a good display of toys ect worth a visit

Customer service truly appalling. After an issue with an electronic device, that was I was not allowed to exchange. I was told by the manager that he would not serve me. Due me to asking about the terms and conditions of the sale. My voice was not raised and my language was clean. I was told that I had to go to another store as the manager did not like me questioning him. If you are to buy anything from argos then please go to Central MK store. I am shocked and appalled at how they would look to treat a client, my product was worth nearly £500 which I felt I needed a clear explanation. My questioning was due to inquiring why they would not exchange something that is opened so could not sell second hand equipment, but opened another package that I asked to be refunded! Unprofessional, rude and typical of a company that treats customers with contempt. The manager who was obviously irritated by my questioning of opening the package needs to be trained on customer service. A young man with little experience in dealing with people. I think he should look at another career.
