I came into the Bletchley store to buy my son a bike for christmas. The guy who looked after me was excellent , showing me around the large selection of bikes which would be suitable for my son. He even offered to make the bike up for £10 and would be ready xmas eve for collection.nGreat service, and thankyou thats christmas sorted! Highly recommend
Ben served me in store and his customer service skills were excellent. I booked break light installation which was carried out by Wayne. I was very impressed and didn't have to wait too long before the bulbs were replaced, he even offered friendly advice, which i greatly appreciated. Well done team Halfords Bletchley.
Been asked by email to provide review for a car battery fitting but I’m told that the mechanic will be no more than 15 minutes late, however I’m doubting it given the lack of activity around me . Time will tell and further review will be given once I know what’s going onnWell things didn’t go to plan, the mechanic did arrive on time, fitted the new battery but it was smaller than the original one. Rather than suggest an alternate battery, he tried to fit the one I’d bought. Unfortunately in doing so he split the battery tray, so I’ve now gone home with my old battery in place and a ratchet strap holding it in place.nI’m now awaiting a call to confirm they’ve contacted Mazda for a new tray and when this will be available and new battery fitted! Let’s hope they can redeem themselves quickly and efficiently!!
I ordered some brake pads in the early hours on a Saturday, I received a call from the store at 8.30 to say they were ready. Brilliant!!nnThe pads were a budget brand, with all the discounts they were 33% cheaper than Eurocarparts.nnThe pads are great quality, they included Teflon coated clips to ensure the pads moved freely in the carrier.nnVery happy indeed.
I have never been to Halfords for any car parts etc. Dale was exceptionally helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fitting new bulbs and kindly checked my oil as well. Very efficient and speedy. Thank you.
