This carpet right is much better than winterhill as its bigger and friendly staff and good selection of carpets and rugs i went in here today and had a look around i had the whole shop to myself

Another room done! We had great service and great fitters , good selection of room sized remnants including 4 and 5 metre widths..see you soon for the next project

If I could log minus stars I would. I’m appalled at the atrocious service we are still in the midst of from the carpet right in Bletchley. Having picked our carpets months ago, we were scheduled to have them fitted today and therefore spent ages clearing the room they were going in. It got to 10:00am today the time the fitters were due to arrive and when there was no sign of them, my husband rang the store who told him they had failed to communicate with the fitters and they therefore wouldn’t be arriving today. We were absolutely floored. We have both spent the last few hours speaking to completely incompetent person after completely incompetent person and we are still nowhere closer to a resolve while our upstairs rooms remain in chaos! Thoroughly disgusted with this complete lack of service and disgraceful behaviour that we have paid for. If you want carpets fitted on the day that you have booked them in for - do NOT order them from Carpet Right Bletchley. You will get nothing but excuses for your money!

My visit today was excellent. Adam the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable he helped me decide on my carpet and vinyl. They had a good range to choose from.

Absolutely disgraceful service, no communication 0 customer service basically they just don't care.

Great service in store from Sam. Fitting was superb from Brian and Gavin. Totally recommend.

A little overwhelmed by the amount of choice, however staff advice helped no end around eventual carpet wear and feel etc.
